Located at 41 West 57th Street, Brasserie Pushkin offers a contemporary interpretation of Russian haute cuisine as seen through the cosmopolitan lens of New York. The restaurant is owned and operated by Andrey Dellos, founder and owner of Maison Dellos Group. The Group’s Executive Chef, Andrey Makhov, oversees culinary operations of Brasserie Pushkin and his vision is realized by Chef de Cuisine Jawn Chasteen. Andrey Dellos designed the interior of Brasserie Pushkin, which blends various textures and design accents to create an eclectic and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to two spacious dining areas split over the ground level and mezzanine floor, the three-level restaurant houses a two-story, state-of-the-art kitchen, private dining areas, a spacious bar with comprehensive cocktail and vodka program, and a pastry counter showcasing the masterpieces created by Maison Dellos Group’s award-winning Executive Pastry Chef, Emmanuel Ryon.
